As per my expierence I started giving choclate to children if they improve themself such as a child who feels ashame of speaking punjabi with there friends should talk in punjabi ,he should also talk in punjabi with there parents .so for changing child we should first change our parents. Like what mata kola ji trust is doing , they should also encourge our elders to change there path towards sikhi. by encouraging them to speak in punjabi with there children ,tell each student about sikhi ,for this we can provide them free sikh literature books in more then one language. we can improve sikhi by providing free education , organising small prize giving programs.
