		<description>Important point put up. But I don't think the state and it's administrative machinery is going to do anything. You can see this from the Mangalore incident. Everybody knows who has done it, and everybody knows it's against the fundamental law of freedom . After nobody can put laws on how to live ones own life. It's not the symptoms of a secular state also it kills the statement -India works for upliftment of women.</description>
