		<description>Unfortunately I cannot attend as I will be out of town, however, I did want to comment on the discussion.  

The discussion appears to be directed to parents and the older sangat.  While I think this is very important I think it is just as important to direct our attention to the millenial generation.  The 18 to 30 year old age group.   I personally think the Sikh Youth is very strong in regard to Sikh Heritage and this is because of force from parents and gurudwara sangat.  However, as the Sikh youth progresses through high school and college, the 'millenial' Sikhs need to be more apparent and have a better positive influence on the children of the sangat.  



As members of the Sikh Sangat, we need to have a hard look at our responsibilities in Nurturing Sikh Heritage in our youth.</description>
